Happy Birthday?

Cannot believe I went so long without posting! I have been inundated with holiday-related tasks, prepping for my new job, and putting together Miss E's 7th birthday party. The party was Sunday and went off without a hitch, but I was thoroughly exhausted after.

I was really looking forward to Monday, my last day as a 33-year-old, with nothing scheduled except a well-check at the pediatrician for Miss E. I had big plans for folding laundry, reading and cuddling baby while working steadily to diminish our supply of K-cups.

Instead? I backed into the frame of the garage door and managed to do over $600 worth of damage to the Odyssey. Not to mention what I did to the garage. Looks like I'll be getting car repairs for Christmas.... just what I always wanted.

Today is my birthday, and after yesterday, things can only get better.
